Can't receive mail

Msruby

Am getting a msg Qurb 4 log error file is being used by another program. Am not
understanding what this means or how to solve the problem. Have shut down my
system and restarted it to no avail.
Have windows vista

What are you doing when it triggers that error message?
Is it repeatable?
Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.
