can't receive mail

no problems until recently; now I get the following:
connect error 10061,port:25, server error 421 error no 0x800ccc67
can anyone help
 
That's only a fragment of the error message. Right-click on the error message,
copy, then paste the whole thing into a reply here.

That doesn't look like a complete error message from Windows Mail;
right click on it and copy all of it to your next message.
