I did a complete backup of "My Documents" folder and two
more folders on the D: drive; that was a few days ago; I
used MyDVD backup program from SONIC. Then I wiped out
the hard drive and installed WinXP Pro again. I was using
partition D: for WinXP Pro and now I'm using partition F:
for the OS. I restored the data today and I haven't been
able to get in to "Documents and Settings\Username\My
Documents" restored data; there is a error message that
says the folder isn't accessible and access denied. I can
read the other two folders that were outside the "My
Documents" folder on the backup. Before I wiped out the
hard drive I had all my personal folders private.
It is crucial to me to get to my data again. Thanks for
any help you can give me.
