Can't read E-mail messages

I just returned from vacation and checked my e-mail messages. There were over 600. Problem is that I can't read any of them. Where the text is supposed to be, there is the arrow and hourglass. The heading is there but nothing else. I have cleared space because there were over 10000 messages in the delete folder. Of course, I am not sure that was the problem.I am using Outlook Express. I cannot read any of the deleted messages either.What can I do to fix this problem

Go to Start, select Run and type in
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
