Can't read e-mail from all senders

Hi!

My dad is using Outlook 2007, and he experiences that he can't open all the
emails. He's using a IMAP accont. One of the senders he can't recieve from is
me, and I have my own domene.

He get's a message when he tries to open mail from me that says:
"Can't connect to server. Mark for download" or something like that.

He's using out server, and there is nothing wrong with the server.
 
I'd say it's a server connection issue.Try increasing the server timeout in
the properties for that email account. Look for anything that might be
disrupting the path between Outlook and the server.
