Can't process VBS scripts

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem processing VBS scripts (all VBS scripts) that are
being applied by GPO's on one of my computers, here is the error I'm
getting:

Error: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class
Code: 80040111
Source: (null)

The problem started when the computer was experiencing an endless loop
of rebooting. I ran the repair by booting from the windows2k cd-rom disc.
Selected R for repair and it did it's thing. There where obvious problems
after the repair. I have tried updating the service pack and internet
explorer with no luck. Any information would be appreciated.
