Cant print

I CAN print with no problem using Word, NotePad etc.

When I try to print thru a special 3rd party software, i
get the error message:
"Application-defined or object defined error"

I have Windows XP Home Edition, .NET Framework 1.1,
Office XP.

It is not the 3rd party software coz it works fine on
another machine with the same configuration.

Please help.

Does the supplier of this special 3rd party software have any comments
on use of their product on Windows XP Home with .NET Framewordk 1.1 and
Office XP?

The other machine is, by definition, NOT the same since it works whereas
it doesn't work on your machine. Need to find out what's different.
