can't print with XP home

I have Windows XP home edition and an Epson Stylus Photo
820 printer. I am the computer admin and can print wit
no problem. I set up another user with a limited account
and they can't print. I changed them to an administrator
and they can print. The problem is that I don't want
that user as an admin on my computer. I've downloaded
the latest driver from the epson we site. can you help
me get the limited user printing rights.

For some unknown reason, it's been found that Norton Antivirus is usually
the culprit here....

If you want to keep your NAV, then change the setting to NOT use the print
spooler but set it to print direct to the printer.
