Can't print my jpeg files

I cannot print jpeg files from my desktop using Windows XP pro. All other
files are ok. I'm using HP laser printer.

Can anyone provide some solutions to resolve this?

What program are your using to view your jpeg files?
Does that program have a printer access?
What error message do your get when you try?

You don't give enough information for us to guess at what you are doing.

I'm using the 3 in 1 HP laser 3050.

The program used to open was the windows fax and picture view.
There was no error message. When I click print the hour clock appears for a
while and stops without any print out. The print manager does not record any
print being sent for printing.
 
Open the picture in MS Paint instead. It sounds to me like the "Printing
Wizard for "Fax and picture viewer" is broken.

I guess the option to optimize for photocopying and fax, was really
optimizing for B&W output.
