Hi All,
a customer of ours has customised their ourlook with some templates or
forms. Basically it allows a few drop down menus in email.
These work fine, and email uses these forms when its on the screen, however
when they print these, the email comes out in the standard format, rather
then with the form.
Does anyone know why this might happen, or what other information you
require to figure it out.
