Cant post here

I recently bought a new computer. It has Windows XP Home addition and I
have Nortons Systemworks installed also.

I try to post on these pages just using the web page but.. the only
thing that happens is, It looks like the page refreshes and thats it.

I have tried several things and nothing has worked yet. After searching
for answers that some one else may have asked I found that setting it up
thrue Outlook Express may help. So far so good but I dont know yet.

Any hints on using the web page are apreciated thank you

Don't use the Web Page.
Use a Newsreader of SOME form.
Outlook Express works fine for most Windows users.

As others have told you, the best way to access Usenet newsgroups is by
using a newsreader. I can't help you with the web interface, since that
is the worst and clunkiest way to use these groups. Here are links to
help you learn about newsgroups, set up OE as a newsreader, and how to

I think I have just learned of anouther reason why I could not Post
here. Seems as though the Google toolbar has a pop-up blocker that even when
disabled will not let this window open. Nice Eh??

I have now removed Google Toolbar from my IE Browser and If you are
reading this. Then I have found one fix to my problem. Thank you every one
