cant play my cd in my cd rom?

hi everyone iused to be able to play my cd on my cd rom but now when i put in
a cd it rotates in the drive but does not come up on screen can you help me
please?

Sounds like a bung drive, you can get laser cleaning cd's for them but
a new drives are cheap as chips so i would just replace it.
