Can't open

When I send a file from the works word processor program the receiver can not open the file. They have no problem opening anything else I send. They are also running vista. Thanks for any help.

Firstly please post in Plain text, not HTML.

We need a lot more information than just "the receiver cannot open the
file". What happens when they try? Are there any error messages? What are
they trying to open it WITH?

Perhaps the recipient does not have a suitable program that will
open a Works document. What does the recipient use for word
processing?
