can't open windows live mail

i have a problem with windows live mail. when i click on the hyperlink it
doesn't open. this is the case for like two weeks (where i have to check my
mail with regular hotmail on the web). then all of sudden it is working for a
week, and after a week i have the same problem again.

(ohyeah once in a few weeks all of sudden 30 or 40 hotmail pages are being
opened, maybe a result from the hyperlink windows live mail not working...?)

does anyone have a suggestion?
