I have been running Outlook Express but now wish to migrate to Outlook. When
I go to open Outlook I gett an error report stating that the program has
encountered a problem with the Business Contact Manager. The program
doesn't allow me to send the Error Report, even if I toggle off the Business
Contact Manager box in the error message. The program for repairing the
problem doesn't work, and I can't start Office in Safe Mode, ultimately every
message leads back to the original Error Report regarding the problem with
the Business Contact Manager. I even attempted to restore the system to an
earlier time but my computer hung-up on the restore - three times.
