Cant open My Pictures

After including somones photos and video clips in My Picture folder, it
opens then wants to close and send error report.
Any ideas?

It seems to be a video clip that is causing the problem but selecting it
causes a freeze.

That file was either too large or corrupted. This should answer your
follow-up question as well.
