Can't open my message alerts after installing smileycentral in out

Ever since I installed smileycentral to my outlook (windows xp), whenever I
receive a message alert and click on the alert, I receive an "Operation
Failed" message and have to go to the Inbox to read my message. Also, the
size of the window that opens is very small and has to be re-set each time.
Any way to correct this?

Smileycentral is BAD spyware. Remove it.
