CAN'T OPEN FOLER OPTIONS UNDER CONTROL PANEL

Hello,

I tried to open "folder options" under Control Panel in
Windows XP, however, I'm unable to. Instead of a flash
window coming up for a second and then gone. Do you know
what is wrong to my system and how to fix it?

Hi Lee,

I tried the solution you were given and it didn't work. Since then I
have run "Upgrade" from the XP CD and now I am able to open the
"Folder Options". It also corrected a lot of other problems I was
having. Might be something do consider. It doesn't effect any of you
applications, everything remains as is was before the upgrade.
