I have saved some photos from a CD-Rom which,
embarassingly enough, I helped create several years ago.
The CD-Rom has an internal notepad which has also
appeared on my computer. The file is in NPD format and
will not open. is it possible to change the photos into
the Jpeg format which I use on my computer?
Have complete faith in you.

Could you tell us what program creates an NPD file?

I wonder if the following KB article would apply to this issue?
