Can't open Excel file

Hi,
My file size is about 29,629KB and it contains many pictures. Unfortunately,
I can't open the file. Can someone please tell me the reason??? thank you

Windows XP does not come with excel, no operating system ever has.
Do you have Excel or the free Excel reader?
