cant logon

running windows xp home acciderntly logged out now cant log back in no
errors, no profile to select to log on, tried restarting system through
safemode same thing goes to login screen with no profile to select.???????
please help

Go to the Safe Mode screen and try 'Last Known Good Configuration'.

You'll have to try a 'Repair' install of XP. Please see the following
