I set up multiple accounts and when I log on it will not allow me to access
these accounts. When I bootup a window appears and ask me for a password for
a default account which I just hit "Enter" to get into windows explorer. Also
when I restore and select a restore point and the last step is to select
"Next", when I hit "Next" nothing happens.

I had a web page I was trying to access and I got as far as the page before
the actual page. I then went into the start menu and hit the control button.
I cannot remember exactly where I went to. I selected some kind of
supervisor password selection and now I have a lock on every single web page
I try to access. I have to continually keep typing my password in. I want
to know how can I get out of this, because it is really getting to be a pain,
I cannot use my computer like this. How do i unlock this. On the dialog box
it says service control manager.--

Referring to Content Advisor /? If so...
Control Panel > Content tab > Content Advisor
You should be able to work it out from there.
