Cant log onto admin account

can currently log itno 2 guests accounts, but not admin account. When I log
into my admin account, it reboots before I can give anther account admin
staus. Nortans internet securities and anti-virus disabled themselves.

Also I have apentium 4 that was rebuilt last summer by a computer stone in

I tried running insafe mode and last known good config. It will on to admin
in safe mode, but not the main account I use.

to admin in safe mode, but not the main account I use.

Possibly your "main account" is corrupt. Create a new account (using the
administrator account in safe mode) and take ownership of the old account's
files and folders so you can copy your Documents and the likes to the new
account. This is likely the easiest/best solution for you.
