Can't locate USB Flash Drive

Help. I have a USB Flash Drive inserted and the Device Manager says it is
working properly. My problem is that I cannot locate it. If I open my
computer it does not show the Flash Drive.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen,
select Disk Management. It should appear on the right hand side of the
screen. Assign it a drive letter and it should show up in Windows Explorer.

Is the a Sandisk Mini Cruzer?

If Cari's post doesn't help I will pass on my fix.
