Can't load TweakUI

Hi

Have downloaded TweakUI. When i try to install it a box labelled
"Tweak Power Toy setup.exe - entry point not found"
The box states " The procedure entry point GetDLLDirectoryW could not
be located in the dynamic library Kernal 32 dll.

Why would this be missing and what should i do.

I do not have the full XP disc but the OEM disc provided by HP.

Can anyone help

You are trying to install TweakUI or SP1 version [while you don't have XP SP1 installed].

TweakUI v2.00 for Windows XP/XP MCE [564 KB].
