First, you'd do better to post in a newsgroup about Office. This one is
for the XP operating system. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups:

Second, when you do post you need to include a lot more information
about your network, the server's operating system, the workstations'
operating systems, service pack levels, the version of Outlook, and
what you are trying to do. You can't just run the consumer-level
Outlook on a computer and expect everyone to be able to share it. You
would need to be running an Exchange Server.
