Can't load AsmiHwIo.dll

Every now and again, when I boot up, and after the desktop appears, the
following two dialog boxes appear:

AsmilHwIo
Can't open kernel driver aslm75

and

AsGetDmi
Can't load AsmiHwIo.dll

Do any of you any idea what this refers to? Can it be corrected?
