Can't load Administrator profile.......

Please help me with my problem, I have a Windows Pro
installed in my computer for several months now. Yesterday
it got stuck and I decided to restart the PC, but after
restarting I got this Unmountable Boot Volume error msg,
so what I did, I boot to the Installation CD and chose
repair and command CHKDSK /R. After the repair I got this
new problem, I can't load the Administrator profile, it
says that the profile was corrupted and a Dummy login name
appeared, please help me, I must retrieve my mails and
other data. I can't also run the System Restore in Normal
and Safe Mode, it says that the file RSTRUI.EXE is corrupt.

Any help will be highly appreciated, thanks a lot in
advance.
