Can't Join Domain From Another Site

I have two sites that are in different subnets. One site has no DC. Th
users from the site with no DC can not join the domain. Can users fro
a site with no DC join a domain?
 
They certainly should be able to assuming everything is configured properly.

Yes

It's almost as if the firewall is blocking all ports, but th
appropriate ports are open. If I do a search for the D
from the clients from the other site, they do not find it.
can see other hosts in the subnet though.
