Can't install Norton AntiVirus 2006

I downloaded the new NAV and it says another installation program is
running. But I have no other programs running. It's NAV061220.exe.
Symantec's web pages weren't helpful.
 
I was able to reboot and no longer got that message.
I had previously rebooted when I had been told to.
I will write more later.

Bin Norton & get AVG anti-virus.
