Can't install KB829019

I've even tried to uninstall .dotNetFrame2 from my system. Then I
reinstalled it and tried the update again. I still can't get update
KB829019 to install.

You could try windowsupdate newsgroup to get expert advice from those who
trouble-shoot all MS update problems

I suggest you post your question to the experts in the windows update
newsgroup and scan the posts there for any that might be similar to your
issue. I have also included a list of MS public newsgroups for future
reference.
