Can't Install HP Photosmart 7960 Printer

I installed said printer to Windows 98 with no problem on
another computer. Got new computer with Windows XP Home
Edition installed and now unable to install said
printer. It stalls at 23% during installation. When I
end Photosmart task, a ICE 2.0 Setup box pops up and
states "You chose to end the nonresponsive program, ICE
2.0 Setup". It promps me to send error message to
Microsoft. Any ideas on how to fix this problems would be
appreciated.

Go to the HP home page and look for help for your printer

I installed the same printer with no problem on my XP machine yesterday .
It does take a long time and seems to hang (stall) at points, but it will
compete. FYI, it goes faster than trying it on a win98 box with only a
slightly slower CPU.
