Can't get Virtual Tours to load.

Hello,
i am hoping someone can help with this. When ever I
click on a "Virtual Tour" or some pictures, it just shows
a red "x" in the viewing area. I have lowered all my
security settings and have looked though everything and I
can find where I can "accept" this function. Any ideas?
