Can't get rid of email address books

I've created a number of folders for contacts and turned on "show this folder as an email address book." Then I changed my mind about using these folders, moved the contacts elesewhere and deleted the folders. Now, when I use the TO button to find an email address these folders are still there. Where do I go to get rid of these folders. In Outlook 2000 this was easy to do.
 
It still is. Remove them here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
