I have a home network that includes:
- Dell Latitude Desktop computer hooked into a LInksys
Wireless B Router which hooks into cable modem. (and
works fine)
- Older Dell Desktop Computer that hooks up to the
internet via a wireless adapter. Also connects to the
internet fine.
- TIVO, which hooks into my network via another wireless
adapter.
HOWEVER, I also have an IBM laptop with a Notebook
Adapter in the side. When the computer is in range, I
get a message that the signal is excellent and that it is
communicating with the access point. HOWEVER, I can not
access the internet by clicking on IE.
Any help on what I need to do to configure the system so
I can get internet access on the laptop.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
