can't get info by clicking

When I logon TVGuide and click on a program, I used to be able to get the
description but now clicking has no effect. If anyone can steer me to a
resolution, I would really appreeciate it.

You haven't provided much information, but it sounds like you have an XP
Media Center pc. If this is the case, post your question in this
newsgroup:
