cant get help here so now what?

any advice? ive posted my problem here and got no response so where or what
should i do?
i tried the online chat and it kept saying the session is not active or
whatever,so if anyone could direct me to a good place to get help with my
problem?? thanks

try Firefox with the IETab extension....

I assume you are referring to:

"help!! cannot download from Microsoft !!"

Keep in mind that Usenet is not chat. You made that post last night, so
there is no need to start a new thread!

You need to provide more information. Specifically, at what point
(i.e., what URL) do you get the "page cannot be displayed" message?

I had a similar problem last year. I believe it might have had something
to do with ActiveX; unfortunately I can't remember!
