Cant get any mail in my inbox using Microsoft outlook web access

I can log on to Micorosoft Outlook Webacess but the
problem is that I dont see any mail in my inbox using the
inbox, some times I can get the new unread messages but
after I have opened and read them, they disapper too. Does
any one have a solution to this problem?
 
No I am using Messages view
