can't forward or reply to e-mail

I get an instant e-mail reply from the sytem administrator stating that my
forwarded or reply e-mail was undeliverable. I have no problems with a
regular e-mail. Can you help? What am i doing wrong.
 
What is the exact message from the mail admin?
