can't fine the Windows picture viewer

I'm having trouble finding the Windows picture viewer
since I'm using Irfanview as my default viewer. I want to
bring up picture in it occasionally, but I can't find it
anywhere - no links and search brings up nothing - also I
looked to download it from Microsoft Site to no avail.
Please can anyone help. I'm also using MGI Photosuite at
times.
