Can't find XP drivers for TELEX M-560 Microphone

Cannot install microphone. Beginning to think this is
Telex problem, not mine! Plug in M-560 to USB slot on
rear of Computer....per telex installation
instructions.....the "USB Composite Device" is not
found. Instead on my DEVICE MANAGER I see "other
device"...."AK5370". The "Telex USB Microphone" is not
found. Also, in the SOUND VIDEO and GAME CONTROLLERS
there is no "Telex USB Microphone".

Have e mailed Telex suport twice and have gotten no
reply. Would appreciate any and all advice..
 
Did Telex supply a CD with the microphone? If so, did you
install the software BEFORE connecting the mic?
