Can't find project or library error

I have a db that is used from the network. An error occurs on two of the
users and no where else. when an event with the Date() function in it is
run, it crashes at the line with the Date() function with the error "Can't
find Project or Library........". This only happens on the two machines in
question. Is this a dll problem? Anyone have any ideas? Any help will be
appreciated. Win2k and Access 97...........
