Can't find program using up CPU cycles

Using Task Manager and clicking on the "Show processes from all users".

No applications open and running

System Idle Process says 90% and higher which is good but...the CPU Usages
at the bottom of the window shows like 50% and if I click the "Performance"
tab and the CPU usage is humming at 50% or higher. But no process shows
using those cycles. What's up with that?

System Info:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
AMD K7T266A mobo
ATI All in Wonder Radeon 8500DV
Soundblaster Live
512 MB ram
30 GB HD
40 GB HD
2 X 40 GB HD's in a RAID 0
Hitachi DVD-ROM
Sony DVD - R/RW/CD/R/RW

I have exactly the same problem. Since the Task Manager
doesn't show anything at all, I guess there's a driver
that uses the CPU.

I have the same processor, the same mobo and a
Soundblaster Audigy sound card.
