Can't find necessary update

My computer is won't shut down properly. It freezes up
at the shut down screen. I found the solution on the
microsoft updates page but I cant find the update
anywhere. It says that I need sp1 and sp1a updates but
they aren't there. Can anyone help me find them???

If you don't have an Internet meun look under the Tools
menu instead or just go to

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

and click the 'Scan for updates' button.
