can't find my clipboard in XP

Clipboard viewer appears under AddRemove Windows
Components/Accessories but when I try to find it under
System Tools, it isn't there. Never had this trouble in
Windows ME. What on earth is going on? Will someone
please help me?

Hi Brian,

To run:

Go to Start/Run and type in: clipbrd

To create a Desktop shortcut:

Right click the Desktop/New/Shortcut and type in: clipbrd
Name it, hit finish.

To add to the Control Panel:

Add Clipboard to the Control Panel (Line 130)
