can't find entrypoint procedure_resetstkoflw in msvcrt.dll

hi,

my system is XP Pro SP1 with SP2 (upgrade )
All working fine till
i downloaded just now the upgrade SP2 (the one that say's that MS can
uninstall unsafe software) when i reboot i'm getting this message twice, one
in a windowtitle: SERVICES and one in a windowtitle ISASS.EXE

can't find entrypoint procedure_resetstkoflw in msvcrt.dll

WHEN I CLICK OK I GET A BLANK SCREEN

Is there hope???
