Can't find download link on the Assembly Linker page

I have the URL for the Assenbly Linker page:

but I can't find a download link for Assembly Linker there.

Am I missing something there?

I found it in one of the folders of the .Net Framework installation. Still
it's strange that Microsoft doesn't mention on that page where the file can
be found.
