Can't figure out the error message

Hello,

I have desingned our church secretary database and I named it "Hahomion" all
resideds in churchdata folder. The original design was in Indonesian, but
since there is request to make it in English, I created the folder
C:\ChurchdataEng, I modified everything in English, It seems OK, but any time
I go from form view to designed view, there is an error message box that says:
Hahomion Church Membership Dbase can't open the file 'C:\churchdata\hfs.jpg'

And when I click OK it seems no other effects. My Question is what makes
this error message. I know there are VBA that refers to folder c:\
churchdata, but I have changed it to folder C:\ChurchdataEng using find and
replace to make sure everything is changed.

Looks like you may have an image file referenced in one of the forms, or
command buttons. Have a look.
