Can't figure it out

I have two Rules set up

1) To Forward all mails to a specified E-Mail address if: a) received
through the specified a/c and b) if subject contains text "Sales Details"

2) Move to a specified folder Called "Daily Sales" if: a) received through
the specified a/c and b) if subject contains text "Sales Details"

The rules should work in the sequence above i.e. 1 then 2, but # 1 above is
not working. # 2 rule does work however. Is # 1 getting confused with # 2,
if so how can I overcome? Is it possible for Rule # 1 to only work over the
folder "Daily Sales", thus the rules sequence above would reverse, if so
how?

I am using Outlook 2000

You should be able to do this with a single rule.
