My trial version of Outlook just expired. I installed Office 2000, but can't
use the 2003 version .pst file. Since outlook is now limited in
functionality, I can't use the export command to export the .pst file to an
earlier version.
What can I do besides buying the 2003 software? I can't afford to lose 60
days of emails and such.

Outlook 2003 PST files are not compatible with earlier versions.
You can only convert them with Outlook 2003, but not by exporting.
You must create a new PST file in the old format.

Here' a workaround that I am working on.
In order to "unlock" the import/export feature, I reset the computers clock
to a month ago before the trial period ran out. This gives me the full
functioality of outlook so I am able to create a new .pst file in the older
format then export my information into it. Hopefully this will all work out.
